Amongst the seven wastes, this activity will focus on removing muda arising out of MUDA of Overproduction (due to high breakdowns), MUDA of Stock (to cover for non reliability of equipment), MUDA of Conveyance (condition of handling equipment), MUDA of Waiting (due to equipment non-reliability), MUDA of Operation Itself (equipment related), MUDA of Movement of Worker (no appropriate visual aids), MUDA of Production of Inferior goods (caused due to equipment failure).
